Once I received my tent I put it together in my backyard to make sure there were no defects. Everything was in perfect order and I couldn't believe how spacious it really was! You basically can make 4 rooms out of it. (1 bedroom on far left, 1 bedroom in the middle, 1 bedroom on far right and 1 room for relaxing where the netted room is.) But really you can decide which ever way you want to make each room. The instructions are stitched to the actual bag it comes in which I like because this makes it less likely to lose the instructions.
 Honestly, it took maybe 30 min or less to put together once my boyfriend and I laid it out flat to get a visual mapping of the tent. It definitely takes at least 2 people to construct it because its so big and you need help to support one side to put in the rods and such. 
I unfortunately have not yet tested it in the rain to see how rain proof it is but I'm sure it will hold up well. If anything just come prepared with a giant tarp and you can just tie it on top and down to the base. The tent comes with a lot of pins and rope for extra security which will help with securing a tarp. All in all for the price, I would recommend this to everyone! Cheers

Spacious Tent With Mosquito Net Built In

Really nice tent, easy to set up and has lots of room. The panels to separate into 3 rooms is nice so the kids have their own rooms. I like the screen room addition but it could be a bit bigger but it can fit 4 camp chairs no problem. Definitely worth the money.

Great 10 person tent

Bought this tent on sale for our family of 5 and our large dog. It fits our family of 5, a queen mattress and 3 singles plus all of our bags and our dogs bed without a problem. Super easy to put up with 2 adults. Great price and quality. You can't find a 10 person tent for this price anywhere, definitely worth the price, especially when on sale. 5 STARS

Actually a great tent!  I had reservations about it at first given its price point, but boy howdy was it extremely spacious, but also waterproof for the deluge on one of our camping days.  No complaints, worth the cash.  Just don't expect it to ever fit back in the bag/box again.  I suggest a duffel to house it.

Good tent

Big tent we are a family a 4. We have 1 double bed and 2 singles in there plus a large dog kennel and there is still lots of room to move..  Can stand up in there and walk  almost the whole tent. Havent used it outside yet as its winter but looks good :)

Good tent very big!

Great layout, rectangle with spacious rooms, one on either end and a nice space between for added sleeping or eating etc. Screened area was very generous. Overall for the price point an excellent tent. I set it up alone. I didn't like the overall fit of the fly seemed baggy in areas. I also didn't like the lack of closure, the entire roof is mesh so it's summer only. Beware, it is a big tent so you need a big flat spot!

Nice form, functional great value.

The tent is very spacious and a perfect size for us. It was easy to set up and take down. The door zippers seem strong. However, the one window came jammed in the mesh and unable to undo unless it's ripped. Otherwise, the tent is amazing! Happy we went with this tent.

Was a bit difficult to set up but it withheld a heavy rainstorm and didn't leak. Also wish the windows all opened from the inside.

No leaks, roomy

This tent is very easy to put up, the tarp is a bit harder. I don't like all the mesh on the top. It's very delicate and gets holes in it very easily. Like when you're putting the poles in, if you knick the mesh it tears.  I also put my finger through a pole seam the first time putting it up. It held up good in the wind and it's nice when the tarp is off. The only thing is, the tarp is hard to put on because the tent is high. I'm 5 foot 10 and struggled. Made me not want to take the tarp off once the tent was assembled. I found a way to get it on more easily but then if the velcro catches on the mesh, it rips. This is a cheap tent and for the price, I think I got what I paid for. It's huge which is nice!!! I love that I can stand up in the middle. It didn't rain while we camped so I have no info on how well it holds up in the rain. I did seal the seams with tent waterproofing spray to be safe.

This tent is ok.

The size of this tent was great for my big family. And the price point is good. However, the materials used is thin and alas, my husband saw 2 holes ( the materials was rip/not sewed onto). We needed at least 3 people to set it up but it was easy. Its ok if you will use it once. You get what you pay for I guess.
