I have only used it once and it worked fantastic! It does get really hot inside with all the windows covered up and hot outside. Definitely need a fan for sure. My tent did come with one of the pole put in backwards but we was able to fix it. It keeps the tent dark so need lights unless you open windows. But great for sleeping in. It's been raining and no leak on inside so that is a huge plus for me!!! Highly recommended especially for a small family. I had 2 queen mattresses, a fan, a suitcase, small bags, etc in it and still had plenty of room to walk around and you can even make 2 rooms. Great buy!!

Our family loves this tent!  My husband and I were able to put the tent up in less that five minutes, including the rain fly and stakes. My husband is 6'4", so we wanted a tent that felt big enough for him.  Also, we live in Florida and needed a tent that can withstand rain and wind.  We just tested it out this weekend, and of course it rained all night.  It didn't leak, despite the fact that we hadn't yet applied any seam sealer.  I think we will enjoy this tent for a long time to come!

Love this tent!

I purchased this tent to accommodate my family, including a baby, toddler, and my parents in their early 70's.

This tent went up so easily.  It truly can be up in 1 minute by 1 person.  The ability to walk around upright was a big plus.

We went camping on a 3 day weekend, and encountered an hour long thunderstorm with some very small hail, and the tent had no leaks or tears.

I'm very happy with this purchase, and I can't wait to use the tent again!

Excellent Tent

This one of the easiest tents to set up, and fastest. My 1st weekend with this I spent the night in the most severe storm I've ever experienced while in a tent. And it held up great. It was basically near tornado conditions there was marble sized hail that fell not far from where I was, but not on me thankfully. The wind and rain that night was so extremely severe the thunder was so loud it shook the ground. But I stayed dry.

Best tent ever

The ambient light is so bright at music festivals and near cities.  The Dark tent has really quick set up wirh snapup legs and structure.   zippers for each window and ceiling opening to close each individually.  There are also clear bikini and dark bikini tops to allow for either stargazing or dark.  It holds 2 queen sized air mattresses comfortably with luggage or 10 thermarests .  Really Fast setup and Really Fast Take. Down and pack up.

I only used this tent for a few days. New tent owner here. I read all the reviews and yes this tent does leak near the doors and by the pockets. I did use seam sealer before hand and a water proofing spray but the spray can nozzle came broken and so my efforts to spray it on did not do very well with covering the tent. I did not know you use seam sealer on the inside so I will do that next time. I knew it wouldnt be perfect but no tent in this price range is. So I bought it for the features I like. It was easy to put up. I love the skylight windows, it really is pretty dark inside and I love that for privacy. There are so many windows so I am not worried about getting too hot. We camped one night in it and it happened to rain. But because I saw the leaks before we camped (I had it up for a couple days before we camped in it), I had towels down in the areas it leaked to absorb the water. The temps dropped at night to the upper 50s and we got a lot of condensation in the tent even with the vents open. We froze and sweat at the same time. You live and learn. So I gave now discovered a new learning curve for camping as there is a lot of good information online that gives you tips for the newbie camper. I also picked this tent because reviewers spoke of it withstanding a storm. As per other reviewers, I also bought universal heavy duty aluminum stakes that I used with the tent. The guy lines are invisible so I think I might paint them with a glow in the dark paint or use stickers or something. There is so much you can do. I look forward to the weather warming up here but I also look forward to purchasing insulated mats to make cooler nights warmer for sleeping and intend to find the correct solution to reduce or eradicate condensation in the tent as that just ruins the experience. All in all, I feel confident being a single mom and putting this tent up alone. I had help the first time, but I think it could be done with one person if you had no one to help.

Great starter tent for a newbie!

This is a great tent. easy to set up with in minutes. the only thing I wish they had added was a way to close the roof at both ends. all the heat through these two openings with the rain fly on and a small heater running. in mid summer they are fine but in early spring and winter it gets pretty chilly. I have looked at every tent in tent in this price range and size and this one does button up better than the rest. all that being said, I usually get up with the sun when we are camping with out an alarm. In this tent I woke up thing it was around 9:00 in the morning. And when I did I thought it was around 5:30 or 6:00 there was little light coming in, not enough to wake me up anyway. I have been in a lot of tents in my life $1000 plus to $50. this tent stayed cooler during the day (80 degree  -) than any other I have stayed in. it is still warm but not an oven.
Me and my wife have two kids and with all the stuffed animals and luggage , one queen and to twin air mattress there was still plenty of room to move around with out tripping over everything.
taking the tent down was quick and easy also. It took me and my wife a few minutes and it was back in the bag. That has always been the hard part fitting the tent back in the bag. 
I would recommend this tent to anyone with or without much experience with tents. it is not a cold weather tent just because of the heat loss from the roof at either end. I hope this helps.

Great tent!

Perfect for just me } ).  It says 10 person - but I'd never camp with that many people.  Love my personal space - and this is it } ).  If you put 10 people in it, you couldn't move.  Great for a couple - or with a child or two.  But 10?  No...  PS - I set it by myself - and never looked at the papers } ).

I liked the design except for one issue.  The fly does not extend over the door and with the slant, water drops into the tent if it is wet when opening.  However, for our first (and only) trip with this tent that problem was not a big deal.  The seams joining the sidewalls to the floor leaked on first rain, and by the 24 hours of off and on gentle rain, water was running down the inside walls .    I liked the dark feature, the ceiling panels, and the abundance of windows, the center room divider, and the spacious interior.  But the water leaks was a deal breaker.  I took it back.

Need Lots of Towels

Absolute garbage!  It leaks all over the place. Specifically along the seams where the storage pockets are. The door area leaks. The tie down ropes snapped on the 3rd day of a 5 day camping trip. The setup and take down are easy. It is also nice that it is dark inside.

Do not purchase unless you know it wont rain.
