Just unfold and extend them. This 12-person tent is ideal for an outdoor family gathering so you can enjoy nature no matter the weather. Perfect tent for our family of 5 people. With 3 “rooms” we used the left and right sides for queen beds and the middle we used essentially an as indoor kitchen with an 6 foot folding table and small seating area! This tent functions beautiful staycation tent. I personally thought the awning was an amazing feature, and when we left the tent to go swimming or boating we closed the awning like it was the front door. I love how many windows there were and the quality of the rain fly and sides were very satisfactory. Water easily beads off the material. The set up and take down is doable for one person! I'm 5'5” and took down the tent and packed everything back in the bag myself. My husband helped me set it up, but I'll be trying the set up myself. I imagine it's just as doable. I wouldn't change a thing about this tent. So happy we have this tent to camp with! Thankful to Ozark trail!

Versatile, spacious amazing instant tent

Large tent, fairly easy to set up…do the top before extending the sides. Met our needs well. Nice color too. Fit 2 queen size mattresses and a cot with room to spare.

this tent is super awesome very spacious, easy to build and it fits 3 queen air beds … we are so obsessed with this tent and we loved the canopy at the front door it keeps u fron getting wet when it rains and it gives you shade when it sunny …

Awesome Tent

I seriously can't say anything bad about this tent.  It really does pop up in 2 minutes and comes down in the same time.   Says 12 person tent but I'd say that it fits 6 people comfortably ( 3 couples with 3 queen mattresses).  The room dividers really make it feel like you have your own room. 
The mesh screen is very nice but I'd recommend to always use the rain fly as it kept the tent a lot cooler from the sun. 

We got hit by a massive thunderstorm on our last day camping,  heavy rain and high winds… the tent held up like a dream.  No water leaks.  We shut the awning entrance during the storm and it prevented water from coming in. 

Extend the first 2 top poles that go across the top of the tent before extending all the poles! 

5/5 stars, the best tent I've ever owned and I'm very picky.  So far it's been to 4 campground trips and survived.  Just remember to dry the tent and put it away nicely each time.  Hoping this tent lasts me years to come!

The Very Best

I have not yet gone camping but we did put this up in our yard.  It's fabulous for the money you spend.  I can buy 3 of these tents for the money I was planning to spend for one.  So if it only lasts a couple of seasons I'm still ahead of the game.  Plus I'm used to bringing out the old duct tape when camping to fix odds and ends.  This needs 2 people to put up but only one to take down and I had no problem getting it back in the bag.  I expanded the bag first (opening a separate zipper along side the main one) and once it was in I could squish the bag and close the main zipper.  No problem.  We plan to use this when we travel down into the states and stay at sites for several weeks (hence the reason for wanting such a large tent.  Will be able to put our king bed at one and and some shelves, a table and chairs at the other - plus we can set up our projector to watch shows. It's bigger than our home's bedroom.  And it's cheaper than a motor home and easier to fix/replace if it breaks down :)

Super value, easy to put up and a lovely big tent!

this is a great tent for the price, its roomy, spacious and large enough to literally fit 12 adults comfortably inside. now dont expect 5 star hotel room experience. this does its job perfectly what it is built for. the built is sturdy, no holes, no rips nothing. you have to be careful in handling, opening and closing.

best bang for the buck!

This tent is amazing, I didn't bother to read the instructions on set up and still only took five minutes. Once you know how it pops up it will literally take two minutes. My wife who's 5'6 can set it up alone as well so don't worry if you aren't 6'0. The tent bag ACTUALLY has an expander zipper that allows the tent to easily fit back in the back after you take it out and has wheels attached to it. The covered entrance is very nice and it even has a back door, the space inside is very roomy and if you need a tent that you can stand up in and have plenty of room this is your tent.

EASY SET UP AND FITS IN THE BAG!

Easy quick setup, very spacious. Layout is great... packing it up is a chore requiring 2 people. Not complicated, just bulky, given its footprint and height. Haven't rain tested it, but spent 4 nights in it and as a 6 foot 4 guy I really appreciate the height and width. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend if you need a really big tent.

Great tent for the money.

I put it up myself the second time it was easy and it took about seven minutes without the rain fly and canopy however,I could not get it back into the bag. I'll try next time. This is much faster than my beautiful 10 x 19‘ tent that took me 2 1/2 hours to set up by myself and I could not walk straight because it was a dome tent. I am happy even though it is very heavy to handle.

10 x 20' Instant Cabin tent

Large tent with dividers. Lots of space but the door poles ripped through fitting the second time we used it. Need to repair that now. Quality of the product is average. I would recommend this tent if you can find it on sale, don't pay full price for it. Also if camping with over 40km/h winds guy it down securely or the tent will collapse on you, this is a must, due to the shape of tent it.

Good tent, will last you a couple times camping
