What we except

Took this on a 8-hour hike in Sedona and it was perfect. The bladder holds 2 liters of water, and I had plenty of room to pack my snacks, camera, and extra socks too. I had no problems with getting water out of the bladder! I wore a tank top and the straps did not irritate my shoulders. Perfect pack for a day hike.

Recommend!

This is a great little daypack!  And even comes with a hydration water pouch with drinking tube.   The pack is very well-constructed from strong nylon fabric, good elastic, quality zippers and strong sewn seams.  Internally, even with the water pouch, there is room for your day items for a busy active day! (Okay, I admit it: I bought a couple of these so I'll be always have a backup.)

Excellent, sturdy daypack!

Great pack for day hikes. We bought one for each of us for a trip to the Grand Canyon. It was the perfect size for carrying lunch and essentials along with 2 liters of water in the included water bladder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good backpack for hiking and day adventures. I got this for my teenage daughter for hiking so she can carry her own supplies, she loves that it came with a water skin so she doesn't have to worry about a water bottle anymore!

Good for adults and older kids!

i brought this before a trip to Rome because the one i already had didnt have any storage for anything other than the bladder. I really liked the extra space this bag provided and the front pocket was helpful for holding my wallet and phone charger. my only compaint was the way the hose hangs from the bag, any time i put it down, the mouth peice came into contact with things i wouldve preferred it hadnt. in addition, it requires alot of pressure to get water out. overall i still enjoyed it, but would recommend replacing the bladder.

Definitely a bit too smalls. Feels like it's made for a very petite adult frame or for kids.

Made for small adults

I like the backpack for the price BUT the hydration bladder did NOT work!!!!! I could not suck on it and get it to work!!!! Thankfully - I already had one that I had bought from REI that I could replace it with!!!!! I fgeel like they should give me some money back for that part of the entire pack that I bought!!!!

Bladder does not work!!!!! BUT - the pack is good!

I got two of these, one for me and one for my hiking sister. Opened up the bladder, washed it, filled it with water, and then spent 10 minutes trying to suck the life out of it. No water came up that straw tube no matter how hard I tried. I'm taking both of them back to Walmart this afternoon to get my $$ back. It's a shame because the rest of the design is nice, but I don't need a regular backpack; I need a hydration pack! Ozark Trail 14 Liter is a fail.
