I love this lantern. Lights up the entire room during a power outage.  I keep on "low" to save on battery life. More than enough brightness in any room. Batteries will last a long time. This lantern  is just what i wanted. Will buy another.

I had a previous version with a solid handle that I liked more but it finally stopped working, I was hesitant to pick this one up, as I didn't like the wire in the center of the handle, however I have found that it doesn't look as bad with a paracord wrapping over the wire part, and as a bonus with the wire part there it hangs nicely on the cross bar of my walker.

the product was better than I expected it was a real good product I encourage everybody to get one it really works well it has a high and a low setting and but the battery compartment is a little bit difficult to understand how to put the d size batteries in but it works wonderful.

I ordered 4 of these ozark lanterns for power outages 2 for me 2 for a relatives  , I like the size  , uses 3 D batteries not included , lantern is bright ,  made well  strudy , push button on off located on lower front center , highly recommend A  and a nice price  too

Great for power outages

Have been using the lanterns for the last five months. Everything works! The LED lights are still using the original bulbs.
I do the lamps on low. Very effective!
My new Colman stove uses little gas bottles to cook. Very nice and very efficient. 
EVERYONE loves my cooking. lol

The second one of these I've purchased.  One for each room in my apartment.  It perfect size sturdy enough for any use and perfect lighting if the power goes out.

Sturdy and convenient light source

Great lanterns, quite powerful especially for their size or any size. i have bought several of these and they are truly amazing! i kept one and gave the others for gifts.

I bought 2 of these a few years ago and have used them many times. We took them camping and have used them during power outages. I don't remember ever having to change batteries in them yet! We are in day 4 of no power due to Hurricane Beryl, and they are still going strong. Granted, I usually keep them in the lower setting,  but they go way longer than other battery powered lanterns we used in the past that took 4 D batteries. I just ordered some more since we're supposed to have an active hurricane season

Great Lantern

bright have had it running all night for about 3 weeks and just had to change batteries crazy bright lights up entire 10'x20' shed at night with door closed I purchased a pack of 4 cheap versus of this for $15 same as this and this comfortably does more then all 4 cheap laterns put together highly recommend

I always had trouble finding things in the dark while camping, not anymore! I love Ozark trail products as they are cheaper than other popular brands like Coleman and the quality is great! With 400 lumens, this lantern will light up the campsite. You can also dim this light which is great!
