Effective for greasing pans and cooking surfaces.

A household staple to prevent sticking and can be added to the pan before adding butter or oil so sticking isn't as much of a big issue and the flavour is great.  This is the original flavour but I also love the Olive Oil version.  I sometimes spray my large pot of water before adding pasta noodles as well.

I recently tried PAM® Original Cooking Spray (170g), and I'm really impressed. It evenly coats pans without leaving any residue, making cooking and clean-up so much easier. My eggs and pancakes slid right off the pan without sticking, and I used less oil overall. It has a neutral flavour, so it doesn't affect the taste of the food. This spray is now a staple in my kitchen for everyday cooking and baking. Highly recommend!

I love having PAM cooking spray on hand in the house. Its perfect for when u need a tiny bit of oil. I use this in my frying pan and my air fryer. The taste is great and i find the amount to be perfect. It is not an over powering taste. It is very subtle.

Super spray

We have used Pam cooking spray for years now, yes, we have tried others, but have always gone back to the original Pam, great for the barbeque and we were just frying up those eggs so they don't stick to your pan

I like this product, I'm trying to cut down on the amount of oil and butter i use when frying foods and I find Pam a great substitute. I use this product all the time and would recommend it.

Pam is great for cooking and baking. Easy to use, just spray it on instead of using oil or crisco. Prevents food from sticking while cooking, is healthier and just so much more efficient.

I used Pam long time ago and recently got it again and I regret that I did, it was a product that needed to be thrown out. It had a funny taste to it and already decided to read the can and could be flammable. Now tell me why I would want to spray my food with something that could make it flammable.
