I did feel like it was a bit sticky if any of the product landed on the counter or anything else. I also really am not a fan of the smell; it's quite perfume-like and is pretty strong. Even after you blow dry your hair, it's still a bit strong. Not extremely bad, but I can still smell it. I don't think it was necessary to make it smell as strong as it does.
