My 12 Year grand daughter got all excited when lights start flickering and other lights turned on and off at random that were on different circuits. She said "Every lights and switches are going crazy".
Then her closet light and bathroom lights stopped working         
( different circuits as well) while four foyer lights came on.

This morning  when we opened the switch boxes, the switch parts fell apart. See attached picture. After Replacing  with Leviton switches, the lights worked fine.
The failure mode is identical with cracked plastics. Same failure mode in two different locations, What a coincidence!!!
In past reviews, another customer replaced the 5 switches for the same mode and cause. Fire Hazards to use these type poor design, make, quality and unreliable switches. 
Stay away from these as you do not to risk fire.
