After using a vacuum that attaches to my pump via a hose for a year, this is a welcome change. It's much less cumbersome, but yet powerful enough to suck up anything that I have on the bottom of my pool including sand. I was able to clean my 22' pool on one charge, with power to spare. I cannot address the durability because I have only used it once, but after using it once I'm happy.

Crap. Maybe if you have a super tiny spa that barely gets dirty, it's be great I suppose. The bag is so tiny, once it's full it just stops sucking completely. Returning it ASAP. Better off getting the cheap vacuum head
