My cats love it. It is stable and not too small so that the cats can stretch their full length if they wish.

The height is great for my big baby, but wish the maker could fix it where can't slide on hardwood. Sometimes baby runs at it. I put a rug Matt under it and put in a corner so can't move as much.

Cat Scratching Post

This was super easy to put together and the cats love it. Perfect size for what I needed.

Perfect for cats who love to scratch!

This is the first scratching pad/tower that my cat actually uses.  She seems to feel a bit guilty since she is used to being reprimanded for scratching furniture but she really goes to town on this thing.  I put a little catnip on the top and she's in heaven.  It looks great too' sturdy and professional.

A winner!

This post is high enough to allow my cat to stretch her muscles out, and the material caught her interest right away. In the past, I have needed to try several scratching posts before my previous cat found one to his liking. This is not the case with my present cat, and this scratching post. she took to it right away. I did not need to entice her with cat nip either. I haven't had the post long enough to ascertain its durability.

This was easy to put together, and the needed tools came with it.

Great scratching post

Our cat is slowly warming up to it -- but we put it near the sofas he likes to scratch and give him treats when he uses it. It's nice and tall and seems solidly built. I would recommend it to others.

Good product, I would recommend

I thought this would be a good replacement for my cat's rope scratching post. Not! All 4 of them refused to use it. Instead, they went back to their shredded post with shredded rope. Finally, I bought a tall post wrapped with 1/2 inch thickness rope and when it was history, I just took all shredded rope off and put on new rope. Easy peasy! 3/8 in. or 1/2 in. x 100 ft. Twisted Sisal Rope (about 10 dollars) will cover this (double thickness) post 3 times and cost a fraction of a new one. I also recovered the shredded cat tower posts. Looks like new. (hint: I used a spot of hot glue every so often when wrapping because I thought staples might loosen and pull on their claws)

My 4 inside cats would not touch it

Refunded this garbage. Nice wood setup and size but the wrap around it was super thin and my cats claws would get stuck in the wood. I would not recommend this product at all. If they had 3 wraps of that material around it... that would be perfect.
