Great tv great color at great price after returning first 2 tvs built in China very bad damage. Third built in Thailand much better quality even legs and frame finally very happy

Overall the tv software was easy to use except for choosing antenna tv channels. The TV was easy to use except for choosing antenna channels.  Sometimes the channels would be displayed & other times not.  Even then scrolling thru 600 one by one to get to the antenna channels which are below 100 can takes ages! Suggestion - put another box on the home screen labelled “Antenna TV”.  Some of us still watch over the air TV!

Great Value for Money

I was kind of taking back with the price it was on sale though i was going to get what I pay for but was I wrong color is so beautiful sound it so clear and so easy to go into the smart Roku that is built into the tv even not on sale definitely buy this tv

65 inche smart tv

As most tv's, this Philips unit is sharp looking and being Roku, it has a host of already installed apps for viewing. 
The picture is sharp and everything works fine.
The delivery from Walmart was promt and the guys brought the TV up the steep steps to our apartment.  Really nice guys.

Philios Roku 65" tv

I wanted a larger TV for that room, so i bought this Phillips Rocu 65 inch. The clarity and color are really quite beautiful. Also, it weighs less than I thought,so it was wasy to mount on the wall by myself.

Better than i expected

The only complaint I have about this TV is the audio quality. It's not up to par with the rest of the TVs that I'm accustomed to having. The audio max, a lot of base, even when you adjust it manually and blast the base all the way to the highest level. Aside from this, the TV is a good TV and the size is good and it comes loaded with a lot of features.

first date never arrived.
2nd time they confirmed a date but never showed up.
3rd time they did not show up with in time period had to be call
finally at 10:30 pm the package was delieverd

Delivery problem

Hi this tv was black Friday special Set it screen damaged black blue blodges all over it. Nightmare trying to return for credit or exchange  One and half weeks dealing with call center Finally picked up this morning have to wait a week for refund shipping to Ontario A replacement finally ordered trouble with call center to receive black Friday price still charging me full price and is being shipped hopefully the 175 dollar difference credited

Poor customer service defective TV

The product arrived on time, the appointment and everything was smooth but the product had a 2*2 pixel black dot on screen. Heavy heartedly I had to return the product which was a gift. We are now waiting for our delivery for same product. And that might take another week to 9 days. 
Incurred uber ride cost and Sunday afternoon for this return and had to wait extra 10 days for our Black Friday shopping to reach us.
