took a month to show up, because of COVID, was not expecting a newer version of what I had purchased a few months back. Overall I guess im ok, does not have disney plus and couldn't add that feature on.

My first online tv order.  I was a little nervous.  Delivery guy called and asked to come early which was ok.  Normally, I have  a tight daily schedule.   It was his lucky day.  Guys were very professional when delivering tv.  Easy set up.  Price was right!

I waited for 3 weeks for my first bigger tv
And it came in broken was so upset called Walmart right away and exchanged it for less better tv but I was so looking forward to it
At this point I have opinion on the Products never had a chance to use it so but I really wanted you cause I know they're really good TVs of use their products before even the generic brands they were just as good but in all I'm just I'll say 50-50 good product that came in but mine was broken so sad thank you for reading

Mad came in broken

If you're looking for a basic 4K TV, this is it. Don't be fooled into thinking this "smart" TV is feature-rich, because it's not.
For "smart" TV, you have Netflix, YouTube and Vudu for video. That's it. Any other "apps" they advertise are web-based apps delivered through "Vewd" - Philips' own "app" service.
You can bank on more than half of the apps to be absolutely worthless or non-functional.
The wireless screen casting function simply doesn't work. At all. I've tried my laptop, Pixel 3 and my wife's S9. Won't connect.
The box might say "HDR" but it is quite possibly thee worst HDR implementation EVER. Faux-HDR that basically enables dynamic contrast (horribly, might I add) and "micro-dimming", which wouldn't be an issue if it had a smoother fading effect instead of extremely obvious (and extremely annoying) "steps" when it auto-adjusts.
Menus are laggy and HDMI ARC only works half the time.
With all of that said, if you are just looking for a very basic 4K TV and not all of the bells and whistles, this is it.
After a few days of fine tuning the picture (the presets are horrendous), I feel the picture looks great and I got a good bang for my buck - paid around $550 for it.
However, I'm left wanting to buy a Roku Ultra to regain the smart TV functionality I was originally led to believe I was getting with this TV.

Our 2 month old tv developed a problem.  Customer service was professional, friendly and swift in their response.  Unfortunately the replacement also has a different issue.

It's definitely a lot cheaper than the average 65” tv but after 3 months none of the movie/tv apps work. I strongly recommend you look for an alternative
