I really love this pie pan. It is such a great, sturdy addition to the kitchen. I use it for anything from pies to small casseroles. It holds up so well and cleans up really clean!

I looked everywhere for plain pie plates and found exactly what I was looking for at Walmart. I bake pies but pie plates are great for baking rolls and biscuits. I use them to nuke foods as well. Love them. Hope my grandkids won't break them like my old ones but I know where to find them.

I've used my Anchor Hocking pie pan for years and have always had great results. The 9" size works perfectly with all my pie recipes. This year I needed to make several pies and after looking at other options, including the disposable foil pans, I decided to go with this 2 pack. The price was reasonable and I trusted the Anchor Hocking name.

Reliable and reasonably priced

Only Walmart has power to offer such a quality product at a wonderful price.  Not just for baking pies!

So I was super paranoid after reading reviews, so I put them in the dishwasher first, then put them in the oven empty at 425 for half an hour. I ordered 6 and not a single one broke. I also made sure I set them on a warm surface while they cooled because glass doesn't do well with quick temp changes, I've had a Pyrex brand dish break with cooling it too quickly. Now I suspect there is some user error going on by all these reviewers, because these dishes are perfect. Made two pecan pies and two quiches in them so far and still none are broken.

User error causing the broken ones?

i don't like suitable substitutes last minute. I was UNABLE TO STOP the item mentioned in the app. This seems to be an ongoing problem I've encountered. in the past as well.

I purchased this terrible product for Thanksgiving of this year. Used it for the first time on Thanksgiving and made a pecan pie. Took it out the oven sat it on the counter. Came back after 15 minutes the entire product exploded on the counter. I was freaking livid , it destroyed my pie! Please don't waste your money!!!! One angry customer!!!!

Don't BUY it's TRASH

Purchased on December 18, 2022 and used for Christmas Brunch.  After setting the table to serve, I placed quiche in Anchor Hocking pie plate on trivet.  As I turned around, I heard an explosion, and it was the pie plate!  Glass all over the table!  Needless to say, brunch was "canceled" and we cleaned glass shards from all over.   DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Ruined Christmas Brunch!!

Shattered glass in oven while baking. Do NOT buy this pie dish. I have 2 babies and it is very hard to go to the store as well as cook while caring for both of them. I was baking 2 pies for my husband's birthday and glass shattered while baking at 350° and ruined the pies. I felt I had to throw both of them away because it was unsafe. Wasted time and money but most of all I have been working on the pies all day. Super disappointing but just completely unsafe. Do not buy. I don't know why this is allowed to be sold.

SHATTERED GLASS DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I just used this pan for the first time today.  At 425 degree oven, after two minutes it has exploded in my oven.  Pan was at room temperature and had never been refrigerated so I know it was not that.  What a waste of my time, my pie ingredients and money.
