I like that it is fully assembled. Arrived promptly. Has flat top surface without leg knobs sticking out. Has nice rack for shoes below. Folds up nicely.

I think its very sturdy, the shoe rack at the bottom is fantasic and it can be used for a variety of things not just luggage. The one thing that i think it could use to improve it is myve 2 more straps on the top as 4 just are not enough for the width of this.
