This is an absolute lack of dignity!   Was so excited to order this as I bought one in store 3yrs ago that says a positive message but a Crack happened and was glad to see this online. Should have trusted the previous reviewers comment. How can you send a mug that has a hideous message "HOT MESS" written badly on it meanwhile what is advertised says different.

TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY

My 2 Mugs had HOT MESS printed on them. I hope my two friends will have a good sense of humour on Christmas morning. I wanted to flatter them...not  insult them :(
