Compact compared with a set of multiple dumbbells. Very sturdy and plastics parts seem to be durable. The dumbbell also takes safety into consideration—you can only unlock and lift the the dumbbell if both ends have the same weight. My husband is very jealous of my new workout tool and wishes it is available in heavier weights! Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice adjustable weight dumbbell. It comes with a plastic stand. It's very simple to use. You just need to adjust the dials to the preferred weight and then lift the dumbbell off the stand. It's a very nice product.

You just push down the dial on each side and turn to the desired weight. Then the extra plates stay on the tray. After you're done using it with the desired weight, you put the dumbbell back on the tray and can adjust the weight for the next person or next exercise.

Adjustable dumbbell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PRCTZ dumbbell set has adjustable weights that can be adjusted from 5 to 25 lbs on each side for a total of 50 lbs. When on the  lowest setting, there is no disc attached so it feels a bit weird to exercise with. Also, when you engage the weight discs they shake a little bit and it feels like they might fall. Though it hasn't actually happened, just the feeling that it may happen makes you focus more on that than the exercise itself.

Once you get over that fear, this equipment is great for at home exercise.
