Great buy! Stuck at home with a hurt foot, this allows me to work on my abs and back. Love that the handles can be moved making it compact. I'll take it with me on travels. 
PS. As the wheels are in line, my muscles have to work harder to keep it ‘on track' and balanced. Haven't tried it yet, but the backstop should help me stop when I try to push pass my limit to increase my core strength.

Excellent Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the AB wheel for the past two weeks and I have definitely felt it in my lower and upper abs. I started only able to do 3-5 and after two weeks I am now able to do 10-12. I have felt sore for days which is what I wanted. The wheel rolls smoothly with your movement and the grip of the handles is pretty good.  I had been wanting one for a while so I am very pleased with  it and hope it lasts a while before I need to replace it. I would definitely recommend it.

I love the fact how well the Ability wheel work when using it, it will definitely do what it needs to do when exercising. Nonetheless,  this is a great product to use when getting your Abs  when you exercise.  Overall, I will definitely recommend to anyone whose looking for a great An Wheel. This workout tool is intense and not easy on the slightest, but so worth it.  Prepare to feel some aches days following.  Wonderfully built product and will 100% continue using… I'm determined to master it.

Having a learning curve as there were no written instructions or a video site listed for how to properly use. The wheels are smaller and a different style than exercises I could find on the internet. Giving a “would not recommend” since not easy to know how to properly use.

Very compact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to add this to my home gym but, unfortunately, I can not use it because it puts way too much strain on my lower back. 
It was easy to set up and, conceptually, easy to use. Maybe once I have built up the muscle strength in my core it will be easier but for now it's not something that will benefit me.
