[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for 4 sets of 10 yesterday and my abs are so sore today! I really like that it has a stopper and a knee pad. It was still really challenging with the stopper, but much more achievable than without it. I plan to keep using this 3-4 times a week for 4 sets of 10 and hope to see a difference! definitely feel that it's working. It's easy to use and store with the rotating handle.

I love the fact how well the Ability wheel work when using it, it will definitely do what it needs to do when exercising. Nonetheless,  this is a great product to use when getting your Abs  when you exercise.  Overall, I will definitely recommend to anyone whose looking for a great An Wheel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just when I thought I got myself a new workout tool, my boys in my immediate family all ended up using it daily and really loved it! It's very light, super easy to use, and very effective. The only thing I would change about this ab wheel is to make it easier when moving to the sides. I constantly have to move it when I want to go to the sides versus sliding it with a wheel. I see positive results in just using it a week. The knee pad is helpful especially on hard wood floors and the wheel slides well. The wheel also easily twists to be stowed away and takes very little space. No maintenance required for this exercise unit which is always a plus.

It was easy to set up and, conceptually, easy to use. Maybe once I have built up the muscle strength in my core it will be easier but for now it's not something that will benefit me.

Having a learning curve as there were no written instructions or a video site listed for how to properly use. The wheels are smaller and a different style than exercises I could find on the internet. Giving a “would not recommend” since not easy to know how to properly use.
