Weight is ideal for novice or veteran hoopers. Foam cushion provides additional comfort for extended sessions. I use this when exercising solo and in my one-on-one, group training sessions, and even seniors! If you can move your hips, this is a fun way to start burning a few extra calories and trimming your waistline!

If you can move your hips, get this!

Mine broke after about three times using it.  It's not very strong it.  One the pieces that holds it together just split I taped it up to keep using it but it's no use.

FLIMSY

This is a very low quality product.  Not all of the pieces "click" together.  I have had 2 just break while first using them.  They didn't break at a 'connection' - just a random break.  Ridiculously bad.

Don't buy this.

PRCTZ USA

One of the plastic inner pipes connected between the two sections broke after using the hula hoop for just about seven times and fifteen minutes each time.
