Decent enough product though assembly was a bit more challenging than I expected.

Adjustable weight bench

Assembly illustration is next to useless- too small! Instructions on backside so constantly flipping the page! Took me hours to assemble- was ready to give up and return it! Everything is loose cz they don't tell you the lock nuts need to be tightened past the point where they stop.  Similar-looking nuts & bolts aren't labelled, hard to tell apart. No helpline. Best to use your own wrenches instead of the flimsy keys they provide.  Nice  n solid when assembled, if you have the patience!

Workout Bench

Would give this 0 stars. It had obviously been returned by someone prior to being shipped to me. Came broken, with some pieces half incorrectly assembled. One part was not welded correctly and so the piece that allows you to lock your feet in place could not be attached. I contacted the supplier requesting a refund and no response. Now I am stuck with a $200+ piece of trash. Do no buy this product. It is trash. Will be buying fitness equipment from stores that specialize in this category from now on.

Trash

Built the bench today. Every single bolt is too long so nothing assembles in a tight fashion, it all moves and wobbles back and fourth. It looks like each bolt is 5mm too long (it comes with 70mm, 75mm, 95mm, and 145mm bolts), I triple checked the instructions, making sure to use 2 washers on each bolt, and tightening the nut until it was tight.  I'll go to the hardware store to see what my options are for tightening everything up. A workbench should come with the correct hardware to be installed, I'm not impressed with this oversight.

Every bolt is too long, nothing assembles tight.

Bench and seat move, not stable at all. Good luck doing any workouts. Don't buy
