Manual assembly is a lightweight process.

Assembly process is straightforward with clear instructions.

This is a very nice treadmill for the price. Very easy to assemble. What I like the most is that it's not electrical, so I can put it anywhere I want, without worrying about the power plugs. One of the small drawbacks is that it's a bit difficult to run on this treadmill hands-free. You  always have to hold on to handles. But other than that, it's a perfect equipment for exercising. And it's foldable, so when not in use for prolonged time, you can simply fold it and put it away. It doesn't take up too much space. Great product!

Very happy with it, everyone in our household is using it, including my 7 year old. You can walk or run but more suitable for walking in my opinion.

The quality of this treadmill is good for the price, it was fairly easy to assemble with clear instructions, and it's small if you don't have much room. In general, I knew a manual treadmill would require more effort to use compared to an electric treadmill, but it is much harder than expected for a senior like me. It would offer a fantastic workout for a younger person I think!

Good product

Very clear instructions for assembly. Took only 20 minutes to setup. This was a gift for my husband and just what he needed to increase his activity level. Only drawback is the inability to have a zero incline for beginners.

easy to use and good size for my small space

It's very good option if the focus is just to walk indoors when walking outdoors is difficult during severe weather. Very easy to assemble. Not much noise. And since there is no control on the speed/ incline (this being manual), one should ensure to maintain a comfortable walking speed. The running area is bare minimum but its ok for me as well as my husband who is 5'10 inches and about 80 kgs. Better to hold the hand bars at all times or at least till one has got adjusted to maintain a comfortable speed for walking or a slow- medium jogging.

A Good manual treadmill

Set-up was quick. Just had to tweak the belt once. Takes up much less room than an electric. Not silent but not noisy either. Even kitty walks behind me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general, the product is good. The Digitial reader broke in the second week, it's very fragile. The treadmills built is very good and sturdy and its ideal for walks and moderate runs. If you are looking for an inexpensive exercise companion then this is very good option. But keep in mind its manual treadmill and it takes twice the effort to run, this might put off some folks but for those who are prepared to put in extra efforts which is actually good for health then its a very good device. #sweepstakes

I ordered 2 times the item the first time it was missing parts the second there were broken pieces and bolts came out of the box which arrived practically destroyed....I advise not to order this product.
