GREAT CAMERA AND THE ITEM WORKS IN MY HOME JUST FINE.

Works better than expected, a real winner.

1st I emailed customer service to ask if multiple cameras would work on one app.I was surprised that they responded the same day. I purchased 3 cameras and had no trouble hooking up the 1st 2 but the 3rd one gave me trouble so I emailed them again.. Once again, same day response requesting my phone number. Within fifteen minutes they called me and walked me through the setup. Turns out it was my plug that wasn't working. Got all 3 set up and working beautifully. Customer service and cameras exceed expectations. Highly recommended!!!

I’m sure it would have been easier to install if I weren’t 500 miles away. However it took over an hour over the phone with my husband trying to do it.  So far it’s great. That is until we rotate it so find our cat and the cat thinks it’s a toy.  Gorilla double sided tape for the win!! Sucker won’t move now.

overall is good the quality of the camera is ok

The camera works well for a while, then it gets "disconnected" and a setup repeat is required. Instructions are cryptic, and it so far it looks like only one "dog parent" can have a connection. We've tried setting up both our phones, and when I use it, my husband's connection is deleted, then mine gets deleted. I regret this purchase.

I purchased this cam to look after my pups while I'm at work. Unfortunately I cannot take them with me.  This cam was easy to synq with cell phone and plug in.  However I need internet service to access.  I had hoped having internet access on phone would be sufficient.  It is not.

Nice if I could use it!

According to the description and the frequently asked questions you should be able to use this device with me memory card but you can't.

It's a scam

I bought this for my mom who lives out of state because her cat is sick.  She finally told me that she has never been able to get it to work.  My sister looked at it for her and told her that this is a card that is supposed to go into the camera and this card was missing.
