It locks in your scalp in three minutes then you rinse and wash your hair.  Works well on long locks, colored hair and doesn't strip natural oils from the hair making your scalp feel dry.

My scalp has been really dry and has had a build up no matter how often I wash it. The winter is always harsh on my scalp. I decided to give this a try and I'm so glad I did! The packaging and bottle tip are awesome! It's so easy to apply and after 5 minutes I rinsed it out. My scalp feels so refreshed today! Also it smells so good! It smells like peppermint so that's a bonus to me!

This Pacifica Rosemary Apple Cider Scalp Detox Tonic seems to work very well. I worried the scent would be too vinegary, but it's not too strong! I felt like it broke down all the buildup and oils on my scalp and gave me a clean slate! My hair feels softer, it's taking longer to get oily again after a shower, and my scalp is soothed and clean feeling.

Feeling refreshed

I like this scalp detoxer, it works very well on removing all the buildup of products I have used on my scalp. It smells good, gave a refreshing clean feel and help my hair grow healthier. The bottle is perfectly designed to be able to apply the product easily on your scalp.

Works great in cleaning your scalp

This is my very first detox tonic product that I've used and I love it! The tonic has a very mild minty scent, and foams when applying with the scalp messenger. Only a tiny amount is needed but makes my hair feel so clean after use. My scalp always feel itchy but the itchiness amazingly stopped after I use this with the messenger. So it could be either one, or the combination of both. Thank you for making this magic!

Works really well!

I have been experimenting with not washing my hair everyday and I'll be honest…I was not a fan. I have medium thick, bleached hair and it was always greasy. When I received the scalp tonic I followed the instructions with no expectations on what I'd see when my unwashed hair dried. I was pleasantly surprised though when I woke up to clean feeling, volumized hair!

Better than not washing

Can I just say that Pacifica always gets it right with their scent combinations? I used this in the shower yesterday and the scent lulled me into a deep relaxation. I feel like it not only clarified my hair but also my mind! My hair was light and soft and fluffy later as it dried. This stuff is divine!

Scent combo masters!

I think just the smell has me wanting more. Beyond the smell, the product works well but I haven't been able to see or feel any noticeable changes in the short amount of time I've used this product. It lathers well and my hair feels great after using it. I find that you have to use a lot less of this product to go a long way, so that has me hooked for a while. Very happy with how my scalp has been feeling so far!

Smells Devine

I have a combination of 2C and 3A curls that are thick and coarse with medium-high porosity. I also live in a climate with very cold, long, and dry winters that really do a number on my hair and scalp. I recently discovered the magic of clarifying products to reduce product buildup and to help combat my dry flaky scalp (I know, I'm totally late to the party, don't judge me) so I was really excited to try this scalp tonic. I've used it a few times so far, and I've noticed small changes for product buildup, but significant changes to my dandruff! Hopefully, as I continue to use it for a longer period of time, it will become more effective for product buildup as well.

For some reason this product left my hair feeling more oily than before. The first couple times I used it it worked great then after that it seemed to leave a thick feeling at the base of my hair, I usually love every single Pacifica product but this one is oils be a pass for me unfortunately.
