Ease Of Use

Display

It's very easy to text on this phone unlike my last one and the large numbers are great for a senior like me. All I wanted was to be able to phone and text and that's exactly what I got.

Great simple phone

Simple phone, but good enough. Fair quality/price. Has all necessary functions, games, FM radio, torch, 2 SIM cards. However didn't set the internet, don't know if it works

Good quality/price

It is the closest to my Samsung as possible. It needs a few upgrades in it's operation like an illuminated key pad, an instruction manual with it's packaging, a clear cut volume control, better control of it's characters when you are trying to text ( it does not punch the letters on the screen and does not recognize the proper interchange of capitals and small letters which slows your texting time) this is a much more manageable phone than the bulky smart phones and you have more control!

Nope

I took this phone for my son so he does not get addicted to internet and at the same time I can connect with him when needed. So far it is working as expected. Noticed that the battery goes down from full charge to low in just 30 hrs or so even when not using the phone, expecting a longer battery life as it is basic phone without any internet.

Nice phone so far

Purchased for my 85 YO dad who is cognitively challenged now and is only used to a flip phone.

I anticipated that this phone would be substandard but was surprised at how bad it is. After one day of use the screen stopped working. It was returned

Don't waste time and money

cant get it to work, no manual available and no help rhat i can find. so i have to say its a terrible product as it took 2 phone calls, made one and then stopped working all together.

I returned this phone because it required 2 Sim cards and my own. I had called my provider and they thought I would be able to use my Sim card, but this phone is very old. My Sim card did not fit at all. Walmart made it easy to return it, thanks!

Candy bar phone

Perhaps the phone works properly but we will never know as there were NO INSTRUCTIONS as to how to operate it.

No Instructions from manufacturer on how to use

I wanted a basic flip phone for cheap. But this is ridiculously low quality. Within a week it stopped sending text messages. developed a strange crack in the body despite never being dropped or mishandled. The buttons don't light up so it's impossible to use in the dark. The text messages are kept in separate in and outboxes so you have to navigate back and forth to read a conversation. Beyond basic functionality and very flimsy build quality.

very poor quality

Received today, installed battery, connected to charger. Charging light was on. Came back 3 hours later and phone completely unresponsive. Very cheap feeling flimsy plastic. Waste of time. Going back. The great return policy is why I buy from Walmart.

Worked for 3 minutes
