It has been in the 90's all week. Normally my skin is already ridiculously covered in oil. So much that kids make remarks even about why my face is so wet. I've always struggled with it. I used this just once today and I cannot believe how little of oil is on my face. I actually feel like a normal person who has produced a normal amount at the end of a day. The oil control aspect lasted me all day. I couldn't recommend enough for oily skin. It went on well, I used a foam sponge applicator. I have not tried to use it under a foundation.

I started using this along with the 10% benzoyl peroxide bar and the pm repair moisturizer because I was having breakouts due to being on corticosteroids for an extended time. My full review is on the bar soap page (the bar soap is the best thing ever) but for this moisturizer- it really does what it says. It goes on kinda thick and it's white, but once you massage it in, it's an invisible and very comfortable cream. It feels cool and hydrating while also offering spf protection and controlling oil.  I wish I'd had this stuff years ago, my skin looks perfectly balanced all day long no matter what I'm doing - no dryness, no redness, no itchiness, not oily or shiny at all, it just looks like I have great skin, and I really do now thanks to these products! Also, this stuff smells great, like a fresh green tea scent but really subtle. The tube is small-ish but I've found that it lasts quite a while because you don't need very much at all, like a pea sized amount. I'm so grateful for panoxyl.

It really truly delivers on what it says!

It works best if you apply it on top of serum, not a cream, otherwise it gets sticky, hard to apply.. wait a few min after serum has dried then add the PanOxyl..wait until it dies completely before applying makeup..It's oil-free but it didn't make my face dry..no smell either.. will buy again

No cast, not oily, no smell

This is the ONLY product I have ever found that actually controls/reduces my extremely oily skin. It keeps me matte for almost my entire work day and even after the 9 hours it barely starts coming through. If applied correctly you do not have to use a lot and it won't leave a write cast on fair to light skin. (Apparently I've been putting sunscreen on wrong for over 20 years whoops)

To apply, squeeze out around a dime size amount and rub it between your palms/fingers. This warms it up and thins it out so you can apply it in thin layers. Then pat/press the moisturizer into your skin until there is no more white. (I just learned this is the best technique for sunscreen) I find I can add more and layer if I need too but keep it thin so it dries fast. Don't try to rub it in. If I apply too much I find the slight white cast goes away in a few minutes. 
After it dries down it feels like I have nothing on my face and my skin is soft and matte. Don't forget to get your neck like I do!

I have not tried it under makeup yet but it seems like it won't affect it. Not positive if it leaves a caste medium to dark skin but I have a feeling it might.

Holy Grail for oily skin if applied correctly!!

I have very oily skin, you can fry an egg on my forehead, unfortunately.. I bought this product because it says it may help decrease the oil on your face. I usually blot my face with a tissue at least 6 times per day!, yes that oily.. I wore this moisturizer for the first time and I was surprisingly shocked!. I only blotted my face twice, instead of 6 times!. I only wore this moisturizer on my T-zone, where I need help with oil. The rest of my face I wore a regular moisturizer. Do not use this if you have dry skin.. Let the moisturizer absorb into your skin before applying makeup. Also this works so good even if you don't want to use makeup. I'm very shocked that this worked for me!. I wish the tube was BIGGER!.

Oily people this is for US!

I  have an oily face that when I wake up or use lotion throughout the day my face turns oily. I purchase this cream and tried the first thing the next morning and noticed my face did not get oily. The bottle was small but it worked. So I will use it wisely and good thing it has sun protection as well

I really like Panoxyl products for my teen son's acne. We use their products alongside prescriptions from our dermatologist to control acne. My son produces a lot of oil during the day. I went ahead and used it and will update when he uses it. Initially putting this on, I was very skeptical because it felt very drying, thick, and tacky. About 20 minutes later it didn't feel tacky anymore and my skin didn't feel as dry as when I first rubbed it in. I do still feel like I have something on my face, it's not super heavy but I can tell it's on there. I'll report back when I see how well it controls oil through out my son's school day.

A little heavy on the skin

The face wash was great, so I thought this would be a good pair. It wasn't. Not thick, but felt like rubbing some kind of chalk like material on my face. Rubbed in clear although white, but 10 mins later my face was dry and white.

Left face white and irritated

If I could rate this a zero I would. 
BURNT my skin and I am now trying to heal my skin back to its original state be careful! My skin is now flaky and gross from a one time use of this I would not wear this in the sun if you have sensitive skin

Skin burning and drying

Has a terrible chemical smell that I couldn't get past.
