Ease Of Use

I like it, but red non blinking light means it's ready and green light it's not ready. I'm used to the opposite. it seems to shut off fast too. I like that it's lightweight and has the two points. I like that you can remove the water reservoir, but I do think it's unnecessary.  it's cute though. I feel the need to decorate the base. I recommend it.

I like everything about this iron. Although it's a little lighter than I'm used to, I have no complaints. to be Truthful I can't attest to how well or not the Steam works on this Iron as I don't use water in my irons I use a spray bottle with water.

panasonic cordless Iron

My second one and still love it    easy to use.. 
Although I noticed that even though I use distillated water I am getting
little white stuff coming out of the steam holes.  That is not a good sign but 
not sure why it is happening so soon.   The old one took two or three years before it started to do that.

Good  value and good working  ...Yet

This iron was a surprise on how it does not iron wrinkles into the fabric when it backs up. Not even sideways!  Only one thing, I wish it were a little hotter. Steam works wonderfully!  I was surprised how much easier it is to iron without a chord. It works with such ease for quilt piecing. Perfect temperature for locking in sewing seams.

Love it can go either way so you can use the point easily. And the water is easy to fill.

Panasonic NIWL600 Cordless Iron

I was skeptical at first since I tried another cordless iron and was unimpressed, but THIS iron is fantastic! It is easy to set the iron into the base and remove it. It heats up quickly and stays hot longer than I thought and fits in well with my work flow. I set it back into the base while arranging the shirt or whatever for the next section. I love the angle of the steam—it goes straight down from the plate. I haven't gotten a steam burn yet!

Best iron EVER!

Bought this iron after reading other reviews and a suggestion from a YouTube quilter.
Lightweight and easy to hold. Does have auto shut off which I have needed in my life. It could stay on a little longer. It does heat up quickly after shutting off.

Good product so far.

Meh. It isn't heavy enough and doesn't get hot enough to effectively iron our cotton or linen clothes. It worked fine for touching up a few no-iron shirts, but I'll still have to use my big Rowenta for most other items -- especially chinos/khakis. 

From reading the other reviews, this iron seems to be ideally suited for crafters and perhaps elderly folks who can't manage the weight of a traditional iron. I do love the freedom of no unwieldy power cord getting in my way, i just wish it measured up in the heat, heft, and steam departments.
