It works great. Very quiet! It is very hard to see the numbers/keypad as everything is so dark. The inside is very dark too. Hard to see your food inside even with the light on. Would have preferred a white over stainless steel like our last but this model was not available in white. Always looks dirty because your fingerprints show up constantly.

Colour no but performance great!

The door lock mechanism was defective. I followed the procedures but when I pressed the door lock key, there was nothing. I followed the procedure to disable the door lock. The microwave worked and on the 2nd time I got an error. The microwave slipped into enabled door lock mode and all the keys were disabled. My only course of action was to unplug the microwave. My error message was only a horizontal bar; it should have been the horizontal bar plus the door lock symbol. Returned to Walmart with no problem.

Disappointed - Defective
