My previous rice cooker was a Panasonic and had no issues. I had to replace it because the inner pot had worn out but it was 18 years so I can't complain. This is why I was on the search for another Panasonic rice cooker and this one did not disappoint. Works the same as my previous one. Super easy to use. Absolutely recommend.
