Assembly was less than an hour.  All parts required for assemble were there.  Motor moves easier to the inboard side than the outboard side on my instalation with the motor on the outboard side.
Manufacture did not put an on/off switch on the hand control.  IT NEEDS AN ON/OFF SWITCH ON THE HAND CONTROL.  When stored the R/L button can be hit on the control and it tries to move.  
An on/off battery control switch can be installed near where the hand control is stored.  An easy fix to avoid damaging unit.

Install went very good. Used it the other day. Worked perfectly it was a calm day. Much better than running things from the tiller or helm. Ran things from anywhere on my 22 footer. Recommend to anyone who wants to multitask while fishing.
