We are so pleased with this table.  It is perfect and an amazing deal for the price.  It can be converted to natural gas too.  Easy to assemble as well.  We've had many compliments.

Fire table

Easy to assemble and great for your money

The fire table is very nice, and was easy to put together. I am only giving 4 starts because the conversion instructions for natural gas are not even for this table. As in ignore the instruction to install an NG Air Shutter (there isn't one and not required according to the manufacturer), and the pictures show a much longer and bigger flex line than what you have in this table. Also everything is lock-tited so be aware you will really have to muscle the two connections (to install the orifice for NG and to take off the propane regulator hose. I messaged the manufacturer and their response to me asking for the correct directions for the conversion was to get a professional to install if we weren't comfortable doing it. We were (and we did do it) but that's just bad quality control to have an incorrect section of the owner's manual. Also directions to put together are a bit unclear if you haven't put one together before. I have included pictures below with the 2 spots you have to take the connection apart circled to convert to NG as well as a picture of our table working. (We used the blue glass we had in our previous table, and sold the black & white glass that comes with this table with the propane table we had before and we had a wind guard already). The green circle is where you take out the propane orifice and put in the NG one. The blue circle is where you undo the propane hose and put in your NG hose (that part isn't even mentioned in the conversion instructions). That's all you need to do (along with a leak test). Be prepared to use muscles to undo those connections!

Good fire table, terrible owner

I love the table, looks beautiful lit up.  It had a couple of small dents.  The cover that comes with it is to thin and water had leaked through during a heavy but not a major issue we bought a proper cover.  The worse thing was the screws, they sent the exact amount needed and 4 of them were stripped and useless, we had to go out to get the proper screws, we added more beads and are now enjoying the flame.

Good fire table, owner's manual needs work

Product was easy to assemble and all parts were there. The only complaint I have is that the very last bolt was a dud. There was no star pattern on top of bolt for a Philips screwdriver, which is required to assemble the unit.

No Too Bad

Works well. I bought it as a starter fire table to see if I would use it often enough. My only complaint is the cover is too flimsy, and the handle on top began to rust within two weeks. However, I have to consider the price. Glad that I bought it

Table is quite good looking but is lightweight and some of the pannelscwere warped making it hard to assemble.  However it is nice for the price point.  We have only used it once so far and it was quite a nice ambience.

Great for the price point

Easy to assemble and attractive.  However, a few concerns.  I bought this model because it claimed to include a conversion kit for natural gas, but all that is actually included is one nozzle.  Still have to purchase a hose (which I expected) and a quick connect natural gas adapter which is not included.  Also instructions say that the conversion must be performed by a licensed gas fitter which will add considerably to the cost of doing the conversion.  So for now it's running on propane.  Also when trying to turn the propane tank off, the valve on the propane tank is very close to the bottom of the flame assembly which gets very hot and almost burned me when I touched it accidentally.  Otherwise, so far so good and a good price.

Nice fire table but some concerns with natural gas

It won't light using the built in ignition. Most of the time When it is already on the flame will just die down and have to re start again.
