The spiral flame is really cool. Classe. It warm enough. Easy to assemble. Just take great care at unpacking. Ne really carefull getting the glass tube out of the package.

Great buy

I bought this three weeks ago online from Walmart and it has performed beyond expectations. The flame is very decorative and gives off plenty of heat situated on our patio deck. It is well made of heavy durable materials and we highly recommend it.

Paramount Spiral Flame Outdoor Heater

I bought this las month, this is the best heater so far,  the look is amazing and the heat is great. We love the heater on our deck and we use it every evening.  Great product.  Assembly was a breeze.

Great heater

Bought this product in March, 2021, but was unable to put it together until June. Once I got to it, the instructions were quite clear, however there was some misinformation. 
1) It was not immediately clear that the cylander bracket was already preassembled by the manufacturer, therefore leaving the impression that there were parts missing in the package.
2) The rubber piece to be attached to the glass cylander is not explained in the instructions, therefore it became necessary to call for information to the manufacturer to ensure that I properly placed the rubber piece onto the cylander (facing downwards). They responded to me within the same day.
Once put together, the product worked like a charm. I will provide an update in the fall, once I use the product more regularly, as to how stastified I am.
