The glass tube cracked within the first 15 minutes of using. Beware - as this is not considered a warranty item. I don't feel comfortable using this now as I am left wondering if the glass may shatter

the glass Collum cracked the first time we moved it, even though we were being careful and then a piece broke off the second time we used it. Otherwise it heats well and looks nice.
