This classic 48" flexible flyer steel runner sled is ideal for sledding! Many adults have nostalgic memories of riding their steel runner sled during their childhood, and many still have the same sled! It is constructed with birch wood and steel runners. The steel runners are powder coated in a nice red colour. It is a steerable sled which is a great feature! This sled has good stability and double knee construction for strength and support. There are pre-drilled holes in case you want to attach your own rope.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have yet to actually try this one out in the snow, but it is THE Classic Flexible Flyer in the timeless, quintessential, legendary, etcetera - 48" (inches). I think it will be great for someone just over 6 feet tall ... wondering about a long one for some casual luge and skeleton or multi-rider fun!  Made with birch wood and steel metal. For sliding down a snowy hill. Fine/good/great(?) construction, it seems. For kids and/or adults, things say.

Flexible flyer sled
