While attempting to pump the ball up, the plug fell into the ball and could not be fixed.  I contacted the company and they gave EXCELLENT customer service.  Offered to send a new set or immediately credit my account for the cost of a replacement tetherball.  Otherwise seems like a sturdy set after cemented in the ground.
