This is a great desk for the price! The desktop is adequate and the shelves provide good storage for a printer, supplies or decorative accessories. I would highly recommend it.

I got two of these desk to use in my computer room. The first one I received had already been opened, was missing a leg, instructions, and the guts to put it together with. Called Walmart.com and had a fedex receipt that night and was sent back with a replaced ordered to trade out. Once I got both of them, they are really nice desks just make sure you have a chair that goes up high because they are taller than a normal desk.  Very sturdy though and great storage.

Decent desk

The desk is great! Yes it is higher than other desks, but I am a crafter and prefer to stand when I work, so it is prefect for me. I assembled it myself and it took a little over a half hour to do so. Very easy actually, but you will need to provide your own hammer and screwdrivers. It is definately solid and it does look like a much more expensive desk. I have one complaint: I ordered this online and had it shipped to my home. When it arrived, the packaging was destroyed - it was ripped apart so bad that the desk was showing through in five different areas. There was a huge gouge in one of the shelves, but I was able to flip it over during assembly and it faces the floor. My recommendation is - have it delivered to a store for pick up!

Great desk/Bad shipping

Is this the Taj Mahal of desks no...but is it worth $90...yes!! Some joints don't fit super snug and it easily chips if not careful but it really was exactly what I was looking for. Storage/desk/serving station when needed. :)

$90 desk...exactly what I thought

It sit's a bit high but there is plenty of room on it.  We're using it for a home work station in our family room for when My wife and I work from home and we have our DVR and wifi modules  on the one shelf.  still plenty of room

WE like it fine

I read the other reviews before ordering this table as a gift for my father-in-law. I was primarily looking for a long table for his laptop and two printers, and this worked perfectly for that purpose.

As so many others have complained, it arrived damaged. The thin walled cardboard packaging did nothing to protect it from being punctured in 2 places. One was on the bottom of the lower shelf, so I didn't care, but the other was on the top of a middle shelf, and that we just agreed to live with given the pain of dealing with returns for such a low-cost item. It's hollow-core structure only needs a small amount of impact with a sharp object to be damaged. You could easily punch a hole in this table, though I doubt that will be occurring in our intended use.

It took me about 45 minutes to setup by myself, moving at a leisurely pace. All the hardware was there, and all that is needed are a hammer, flat blade and Phillips screwdrivers. It is a forgiving design as far as assembly is concerned, and it weighs very little. You will want 2 people to flip it upright after assembly, however.

For a cheap and very functional desk, I would highly recommend this piece. Just don't expect it to arrive undamaged - hopefully yours will be busted in the same minimally affecting manner as ours was.

Looks Better than it Costs

The desk is perfect for my DJ equipment.

The box came badly damaged and the product was a little smashed. Also came with no instructions.

Once i got it together, its pretty sturdy and fits my gear perfectly.

Good Product /  Bad packaging

The table arrived with torn box. After open it up, I found many pieces have damages on its surface. Overall, the table is good and design is fabulous, just the shipping from Walmart is the worst I ever had.

This product came shipped with a hole in one of the selves. I like the size, it would have been very spacious, but I never got to put it together. I ended up having to return it. It would have been better if it came with more supportive packaging and it didn't have rather cheap make-shift wood wasn't so hollow.
