Chairs arrived quickly and were sturdier and better quality than I had expected. The chairs are easy to put together however for the first 6 screws you need to Barely screw them into the chair rather than just "not fully tighten" the screws as stated in the instructions or none of the other screws will fit correctly in the remaining holes. Overall very pleased with the chairs.

I searched long and fruitlessly for a chair for my desk. This chair suits perfectly. Its comfortable and was easy to put together and the grey matches any room in my home.The style and comfort are dining room quality. I love it!

Puzzle solved.

I ordered 6 of the gray tufted dining chairs. They came in 6 separate boxes. They shipped on time. One box was damaged but the chair was not. The chairs were easy to assemble. They are very sturdy and comfortable. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great chairs

Very nice fabric and feels very sturdy and comfortable so far. Only issue was attaching some of the legs as the holes were pre-drilled properly. Save yourself time and hassle and use a drill to screw them in.  I think I had read in some of the previous comments about one leg being shorter, if you gently sit on the chair, they will balance out.

Nice but hard to put together and some chairs are not even made properly. Whoever did these chairs have the holes in places that the screws cannot fit in. But the others that where made properly ended up nice. Still waiting on my replacement chairs.

This is the second of this same chair I purchased.  The first one gave me a little trouble but with my daughters help we managed to assemble. This purchase holes and screws did not line up on one of the back legs and screws had to be left off. Now I'm concerned about sturdiness.

Manufacturing defect

The price is so expensive for one chair. I thought it was two chairs when I clicked the add to cart button because during my ordering. There was an option of 2 in the grey color. So, I ordered two sets. I was expecting four chairs. But it was only two singles. So, my husband told me, check and assemble, big mistake. It was very hard to assemble and once assembled that was the only time  I noticed the poor quality. The fabric has runs, the wood has cracked or damaged, the unsewn fabric to the chair. Not balance feet. See photos. I would like to add more photos but only two photos allowed in this review. If I can only return it even it is already assembled, I would really return. Poor quality.

Poor quality

I couldn't even fully take this chair out of the box.  The fabric is terrible quality and as soon as I felt it I knew I could never use this chair.  It's scratchy and rough and the thought of my skin ever touching it makes me shudder.  This is going back first thing tomorrow.

Fabric is disgusting

I thought they were going to be  a sturdy firm quality Better Homes and Garden chair.  I could find BH%26G anywhere on the chairs or the box.   The legs aren't even, so they wobble.  The fabric feels cheap. So, they were a great price but this quality definitely reflects it.
