I've had gastric acid problems for a number of years and I get a dry cough that just won't go away. I tried a few products and it worked, but ... my naturopath recommended Amara Pascoe recently. I found the Amera supplement was a great addition to my daily routine. It certainly help my digestive health plus it kept my stomach bloating in check. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a digestive aid

My go to daily supplement for digestion!

The taste is something that one needs to get used to. It took a few days before I felt some benefit but this is something that needs to be taken on a regular basis to get the full benefits. Started off with 45 drops in warm water, 20 minutes before eating, 3 times a day. After 4 days, I was less bloated and my digestion had improved. I will continue with this to get the optimal benefits.

Bloat no more

I found the taste bitter (but I suppose that it's better for you that it isn't sweetened). Also it was a bit annoying to have to measure out so many drops. But I feel that it did help my digestive issues for a couple of times I took it. I will keep using it.

Not very tasty but seems to work

The product did provide some relief & alleviate some uncomfortable bloating after meals.  Not the greatest flavor (bitter) to drink before meals and it takes some getting use to when drinking the first glass of warm water with 45-60 drops of Amara Pascoe added to it.

Amara Pascoe Relief

With increasing age, the digestive juices become less and you notice this with stomach pressure and gas. I take these drops regularly, especially before lunch, and sometimes in the evening. The bitter substances it contains, which are currently being rediscovered, stimulate the production of gastric juices and facilitate digestion. Good product with no side effects.

Soothing

I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of Amara. I've noticed over the past couple of years I suffer from heartburn and gas more frequently. The heartburn was the bigger problem for me as it would often wake me at night...and I have a difficult time falling asleep anyway. I take Amara perhaps a half hour before dinner and, after 4-5 days I've noticed an overall improvement in my digestion. The big plus for me is how it's handled my heartburn issues and I've noticed an improvement in my sleep since I'm not being 'jolted' awake by heartburn and acid reflux.  I started with 25 drops in a cup of warm water - like a tepid tea, but moved up to 30-35 drops and that works for me. There's a special collar on the bottle which makes it easy to release individual drops. The taste is a little bitter, but not really an issue. It's done the trick for me!

This product really helped with digestive issues I've been having. After a few days of using I noticed less bloating & stomach discomfort after meals when I used Amara.

Didnt notice a difference yet, so I dont feel like i can give a decent review,  i only received the free trial 2 days ago and havent noticed any difference.  With my experience with any form of herbal supplements you need to give it atleast a week for your body to start adjusting to notice any benefits, but I keep getting emails to do this survey so I'm doing it now.
