[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started out well, was a birthday gift, in 3 days radio button and chip went bad, doesn't play music anymore and can not control volume as volume down button no longer works.  say thee is a USB however we have yet to find it but no point if you can hear the music or it only plays at full volume.  Only one kid plays with it.
