I purchased this because it was on sale, and I liked the size of the gas ring. It is far more pastel than it appears here. It's OK. It is not very substantial.

Propane Fire Pit

This is the WORST unit and the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
The unit was defective upon receipt.  The ignitor did not work. You could light the fire pit with a 'glow stick' but not with the ignitor. Also, when it was lit the flame was small, even when on high.
I tried to return it directly to Walmart - they would not accept it, because it was over $250.00 

When I called Costway, I was asked to troubleshoot it before they would declare it defective. They sent me instructions to troubleshoot the problem.  TopBuy Inc. insisted that I provide a video to prove it didn't work. - which I did. Topbuy offered me $60.00 to keep the unit.

Costway has promised that I could return this because it is in the 30 day window.  I still have not received the return address lablel - after 2 calls.

STAY WAY from this unit.
