This easy-care premium acrylic yarn is super soft and wonderful for every thing from children's items to home decor. Features: Weight category: 4, 100% acrylic, 3.5oz/100g. Gauge: 20st x 24r = 4in/10cm on size US7/4.5mm knitting needles. Recommended crochet hook size H8/5mm. Dyelotted: we try but are not always able to match dyelots. Love this yarn, it is of a similar weight and feel to Caron simply soft, but comes in a different array of colors. The yarn is very soft, didn't unravel or snag and provided just what I needed to complete my “moody rainbow” blanket

Baby gifts completed!

I used Patons Canadiana for several beanie hats for guys early in the pandemic.  Now in 2024 I wanted to make a small blanket with my own colors, I was happy for good color selections with the yarn I used back then.  It is comfortable to work with, looks good and lays well.

I remembered this acrylic yarn for several years.

I am enjoying this yarn.  It is easy to work with and it works up nicely.  I love the colors that I chose for my project.

Nice yarn

Love how the yarn glides off my bamboo needles.  Everything I have made with this yarn thus far comes out beautifully, and I have gotten so many compliments.

This is one of my very favorite afghan yarns over many many years. I've made at least 15 blankets and afghans and you can't go wrong with it. Reasonably priced.

Perfect bang for your buck

This is my first time purchasing Patons Canadiana yarn which I chose particularly because of the weight and range of colors. The knitted afghan is for a gift in Soft Teal. It is knitting up very nicely and is soft and lightweight in feel. The sheen of the yarn shows off the knitted pattern beautifully. The only reason I did not give this yarn five (5) stars is that it can rarely split if you are not careful. I was using bamboo circular needles so this may or may not have been the issue but I would not be hesitant to purchase this yarn again as it looks gorgeous when knitted.

Very nice to crochet with. I gave it four stars because it is more like a 3 instead of a 4.

Nice yarn with wonderful colors

I don't remember why I bought this yarn but it is in its original skein with wrappe. I tried to use it as scrap for a provisional cast on. In starting the yarn from the center I found so many tangles and knotted spots that it would have taken me two days to detangle and ball it to make it useful. The product itself may be fine for certain uses (not a big acrylic fan) but I don't want to spend my time detangling Patons Canadiana's mess. It was not only a waste of time but money too because it went straight to the trash.

So many tangles~useless
