My young grandchildren love these. The colors are bright, there are no sharp edges, the frame for holding the colorful designs is well made, and there are lots of design cards, if the kids need inspiration. However, I find that often the kids start out with a card design in mind and end up making it their own with their own twist of some aspect of the design. With the 3-year old, learning how to orient the blocks squared and triangled ends to match some of the designs are helping him with his spacial perception and orientation skills. These are also great for learning and reinforcing color recognition.

This colorful wood puzzle is well constructed and easy to handle. We use it in art therapy for my husband with dementia.

This set is absolutely perfect!  It contains many "extras" that I'm so happy with, including 40 color pattern cards, a drawstring bag, and durable wooden blocks.  I laminated the cards for extra durability.  It was a great addition to my classroom!

Well-made and affordable open ended toy. Very high quality for a reasonable price!

This is made of nice heavy wooden blocks. Overall it is quite heavy. Since the blocks are 3 dimensional, solving the patterns is quite complicated. This is not a good toy for a child under about age 9.
