I have long (heavy) hair, and was looking for something strong to hold curls. I liked that Paul Mitchell doesn't test on animals, and that its scent wasn't too pungent. However, the hold wasn't strong enough for me, as my curls still fell out within 1-2 hours. That said, I imagine for someone with shorter or thinner hair, it would probably work just fine.
