Has a potent odor that may be overwhelming to some users.

I gave it 5 stars because it was as described. Cute and easy to assemble.  I would have appreciated if it had wire on the bottom to keep rabbits from digging out or snakes getting in.   We did add wire to the bottom, once assembled. Also it is light weight I'm sure my dogs could knock it over.  So it may need to be secured to the ground. And lastly all dimensions and pictures showed this but it really isn't much bigger than a Barbie dream house.

Very nice but has a few scuffs on the paint. Very easy instructions. Our 9 year old grandson got it for his rabbit so we had him put it together.The only thing we done was hold it for him to put the screws in. He put it together in about an hour and a half and it looks great.

This smells violently of the cedar of kids playgrounds and playhouses. Even after opening and airing out for 24  hours, it stunk. 

The wood is soft and the size of the hutch is underwhelming but appears appropriate for the price. The photos really try make this look big but it's quite small.  For one rabbit, its likely fine. For anything more, buy something bigger.

Meh.

Has a strong smell but over a period of a few days the smell goes away but its what it is made out of. My bunny loves it but he also likes to chew on it. It is super easy to assemble but not extremely well made or designed. But it is worth what you pay for it. I think it works well and serves its purpose.

Good value

I bought it for a cat. The price and quick delivery was great. The quality is great. Size is too small. I had to make the hole going into the box bigger and add a section to the back to increase the size.

Great for a small bunny.

it was quick and easy to build. Also as big as it says, but probably still a little small for our massive bunny. Within a month the ladder broke off. I've wood glued it back. I also had to wood glue a massive crack in the top of the roof upon delivery where the wood had split. a few spots are very weak such as where the main house and the extra structure meet together.
Don't expect it to be pretty for long either, our bunny had chewed almost every inch of the inside in some shape or form(yes she has toys also).
I also intend to add a larger wire to the bottom and raising it as the sliding metal tray is utterly useless on the top level. 
You get what you pay for and I regret not building it myself bigger and stronger and to my exact needs for a similar budget. But my wife insisted online ones would be way cuter. So it's probably a 50/50 if this is good for you or not.

looks good.. but

Good for the price. shopped around best deal i can find especially, since I do not have tools build one from scratch. It is for our Rhode Island Red chick's 2wks old which is perfect for now.

Would recommend.

Way smaller than pictured! I have two baby bunnies and they barely can get around in this! Pictures show it in yard and we can't even feel safe doing so without putting it on legs to elevate it. Color is gray too not lavender. Very disappointing!

Way smaller than shown in pics!

Measurements are misleading and in some places not accurate. The misleading bit was that the actual run is only 16 inches wide, the 21.25inches stated is for width is the roof. I was looking forward to a wider run for my rabbit but I am stuck with this smaller one. But even then, my roof is an inch smaller than described. Other parts don't match up quite either with stated measurements. It was easy to assemble, smells awful but hopefully that will air out. I'm not sure if I'm going to return it yet. :(

A little disappointed

This product arrived with some slight cosmetic damage due to shipping or other. It also had a very strong chemical smell, like a wood preservative. This product had a Prop 65 warning but didn't say specifically what for, or I didn't see it. I've rinsed the pieces t with water a couple of times and will leave them out in the sun to air out. I"m afraid to put our pet bunny in there for fear of the off gassing and him chewing on the paint/stain.  I would have preferred to buy something made without toxic chemicals and made in USA and would even spend more money if it was "bunny or pet safe".
