I ordered this hut for my sons pet hamster who needed something bigger, it was easy to put together it took my husband half and hour to build just with a hand screw nothing fancy we added a few items and our boy is happy and so is my son

This enclosure is so large and very easy to put together.  The only issue I had is that the wheel is wooden and screwed in, which made it impossible to clean, but I replaced it with another wheel and now it's perfect.

I'm so impressed with this house! First off, it came much quicker then expected. Putting it together was very easy! The quality was better than I was expecting! I honestly was thinking it was going to be cheap and maybe wobbly but it was perfect. Solid and was able to move it super easy. I would recommend and I would purchase again if ever needed.

This was easy to put together. Well made and durable! Our hamster absolutely loves his new home.

Great product

We just got two of these and theyre great except for the fact that the grate is JUST big enough to leak bedding.  I used the cardboard from the shipping box to make barriers and the bottom.  So far, so good.  Very easy to assemble, though requires a drill/driver to complete.

Leaky but lightweight

We purchased this tower for our backyard. We have a Purrfect cat fence that keeps them safe.  They like this tower because they can sit at the top and see all the wild life on the outside of the fence.

I would have given it a five star rating But I took off one star because they advertise that a litter box will fit in the bottom section. That is nonsense because the bottom section its only 9 inches high.  There is no way a cat could use a litter box with 9 inches of height.

Cats love it

This is a perfect design, giving cats several vantage points to watch their surroundings and 2  entry/exit points to each enclosed space. It allows me to feed my outdoor cat under cover and out of the rain. 

However, it is made of wood and warps and molds almost immediately. I’ve repaired a couple of panels just to have the warping undo any fixes. If this was made of plastic, it would be perfect.

Good design, but wrong material

I wish I had purchased a stainless steel litter pan years ago instead of the scratchy plastic ones which can hold odor.  This pan is great, however the two plastic cover pieces are not well designed. They attach with six tiny connectors that are flimsy and hard to get all in place.  I actually broke one trying. The flap top and the grid area on the front make it hard to pour in litter without spilling and to scoop the inside front of the pan. My old plastic one had two sturdy clips that attached the top to the pan, and more of a fold back flap to allow pouring room. The front grid serves no purpose and continually has litter scattered on top.

Pan is great, cover is not.

It's much smaller than I realized and when my husband went to put it together, he had to drill the holes out more where you put the screws into. If he hadn't re-drilled the holes, he never would have been able to put it together. The only way I would recommend this to someone is only if you or someone knows something about carpentry work.

You better know carpentry work

Material isnt very sturdy the wood spilts quite easily as well I tried to add so wire to the bottom and it spilt the wood but the ramp is the worst my bunny chewed the bottom and its in two pieces now :(
