It arrived in the correct color and for now it seems it's a good carrier, its able to hold my 16lbs cat, the only thing is that when I carry him the bag folds a little bit but its okay. The mesh looks resistant against his scratch and good size for my 18in tall cat. He can turn without any problem inside the carrier. 

Already used it for a vet visit. 
Just waiting on see how it work during a trip in airplane.

Amazing, great carrier.  I purchased three of these, one for each cat. I left the entrance flap opened so they can go inside on their own in which of course they did. My cats love it and hang out in the bed that is included. Today, we did our first trip to the vet in the new carrier. My cat Ariel, no crying or freaking out as they do in the hard case carrier with the gate closure. She easily went in, I zippered up, she was so comfy, loving it, to the vet in style and comfort, easy to carry for me compared to a heavy hard case carrier. My cats love it and I do as well. Great buy, two in one bed and transportation carrier.  No more freaking out your pet and big enough for their comfort and easy carrying for you.

The D-ring is missing from one side making the carrier useless for over-the-shoulder  Since I had no time to return or shop for another carrier, I had to tie the shoulder strap to the zipper clasp and pray it would hold
Now it's TOO LATE to return   Waste of money!

Poor to nonexistent Inspection process

This carrier is exactly what I needed for my cats. I ordered 5 of these so i could give one to my mom and she loves it too. It is sturdy and comfy for my kitty!

Great product

Dislike. Since I ordered a large I thought it was going to be bigger than what it is. I got a small Chihuahua but the bag is still too small it's fix for an extra small pet.

Nice but still too small to be a large

I like the color.  The bag very light weight but appears to be sturdy.  We have used it once so far and my cat was comfortable.

Would like it more if the top unzipped for another option.

Plenty of room for my long legged 8 pound cat.

The product is flimsy, poorly crafted and it can not handle my 13lbs cat but yet the max weight it's design for is 20lbs.  It says for large pets but it can not handle the weight.

Horrible product

Our boy was a little scared to go iut, so we fot him this bag. He soon looked relaxed and during the exam at the vet decided ro go back to 'his' bag.
The bag is light but sturdy, has every pocket, handle you need. Even a small window, to let the animal show their head.
No objections.

Great to have!

This seems to be a nice cat carrier, it has plenty of places for a cat to look out also. I bought it because I have 2 6 month old kittens/cats and up to this point they were able to share a carrier but theyve grown past that and since they see the vet on the same day they each need their own carrier. I think when the day comes whichever one gets this carrier will be quite comfortable with it. It even has a nice, very soft removable sleeping pad Im sure will be loved.

Safe for transport yet comfortable as well.

my dog is mild mannered, so this will do fine. It doesnt seem particularly sturdy, so a hyper dog would knock it down (posibly roll it over), and a determined cat would be able to claw it's way out. the shoulder strap seems like an after thought, and I don't think I would trust it to hold the weight of my dog. The cardboard tag on mine said it will hold 20 lbs (I got the large) but I think I'm pushing it even with my 12 lb dog. I would definitely want a larger and sturdier carrier if I was intending to put it to prolonged frequent use, or if I had a more hyper or stuborn pet. But this should be fine for the occasional short uses I plan on using it for.
Oh, and it's not a big deal but I ordered the mineral blue, but the shade of blue was more of a baby blue than the darker more nuetral tone depicted in the listing.
