Ease Of Installation

I have enjoyed the high arc kitchen faucet for almost a decade, and am always amazed by the Peerless support. It seems the diverter spring wears out every 3 to 4 years, but a phone call has a replacement in the mail. My only suggestion is for online repair instructions.

With a simple wipe-down when doing dishes, the finish looks just as good as on the day it was installed!!!
I will continue to, recommend Peerless.
This product will outlive ME!

Years of faithful service

Smooth operation, no squeaks like cheap units.  Solid metal.  "Feels good."  The only improvement might be on installation:  That could be improved by including shims, perhaps 1/8" thick, to place between tightener twist knobs and the underside of sink top, needed to firm up the mounting.  I had to make my own to stop the wiggle.  Add a thin one for the main spigot/handles body as well, but very thin, perhaps 1/16".

This is an excellent pice in quality and design.  Price too.  Kindof amazing.

Love the faucet/customer service

Wife loves it. Easy to install. One Thing to do. Replace your shut off valves under the sink, if they are over 10 years old. When i shut my valves off, the rubber gasket  broke into small pieces. When i turned it back on, a piece of the rubber got lodged in the hot water valve and i had to take it apart to remove the rubber. It works Great now. Also love the new style of valve that is built into the faucet. I will buy from peerless again.

Great Product So Far

Love the way it was so easy to connect, love the color and finish. It is exactly what we needed and hope it last longer than what we had purchased before.

Love this product!

Nice packaging and layout.  There is no mention anywhere in the instructions  that the Peerless logo MUST be in the front.  As I was placing the unit into the sink holes there is a 50/50 chance that it could be inadvertently be  put in backwards.  That's what happened to me.  After everything was hooked up, the water test revealed that the handles had to be pushed toward the wall to get it on instead of puling forward as usual.  I had to completely disassemble and reverse it to make it function.  Additionally the plastic nuts that snug ou against the bottom of the sink are far, far, too thin for anyone's fingers to twist on.  There is no reason that these could not be designed like oversize wing nuts like the ones on toilets.  The confined space and low visibility  would be enhanced if one could put ones fingers on it sight unseen using "feel".  The nuts do not need to be tightened too tightly as described in the instructions.  I hope Peerless would consider a re-design if those nuts.  I do like the easy snap-in connection for the sprayer instead of the previous pipe nut.

Beware of handle turn direction

I've had this unit for a few years now. The first thing to go was the sprayer base. This can be resolved of a washer/shim were added to this kit. Seen lesser expensive ones with this. Just today, the sprayer hose begin to leak. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix for this. Perhaps, if the quick connect had a feature to shut off usage until repaired, will be great. Cant repair with off-the shelf parts due to availability. So, had to replace whole unit due to not being able to find a viable replacement hose and sprayer. Too bad, because the actual faucet is in great condition...

Difficult to repair/maintain

This products hot and cold valves require turning them greater than 50% before water flows and takes noticeably longer time to fill a vessel than previous similar kitchen faucet.

This product has less than great features.

I love the look of the facet but there are two major laws; 1) when you turn it off the water comes out of the arch. This results in the arch being re-filled or burping every time it turns on. 2) The hand facet leaks ever so slightly that after it has sat for a little while and you turn it on, it thumps as it re-pressurizes the line to the hand facet. Overall, all just annoying and causes irritation. I would have returned it if it was not so frustrating to install (more my lack of plumbing skills vs and issues with the facet.)

Great Look but could be better.
