Sent this to my great grandson as a 3rd year birthday gift. Was shipped to his house out of my state and arrived a day early! He was/is thrilled!  He immediately found a favorite radio station. He thinks he is such a big boy listening to his music as he "works".  He is on low speed for now but I am sure he will progress quickly.

This tractor was a fantastic Christmas gift for my almost 3-year old grandson. He lives in the country with a large yard and within 2 hours thought he was a real farmer. That little 12-volt tractor has unbelievable power. Price from Walmart was the best I could find and shipping was very prompt.

Great gift for the age group

I hate writing a review so soon after purchase but so far this machine is really awesome! Havent had the battery run down yet but only one kid riding. Plastic seems to be thin but after a few mishaps it seems to hold up well. Simple to operate and the high gear is fast!! The little one loves it.

Great toy.

This is perfect for our little one. He is 2.5yrs old and he was able to quickly pick up the stirring within minutes of riding. I love that it can grow with him in length through the years, along with the ability to increase speed when we feel comfortable. The radio is a great feature that he loves to play with. The battery held really well for us as he played in increments on it all day and we let it run down before charging it again.

He loooves it!

This tractor is seriously the best! Its so realistic looking and heavy duty, will bring many years of fun! It goes surprisingly fast on and off of hard surfaces. We gave it to our 2 year old and he is beyond obsessed and can handle it on the 2nd power just fine. It has great steering and he can drive it just fine. So much fun and has become his favorite toy for sure! I think it was worth the cost, for a fun quality product that is sure to bring us so much joy through many years.

This tractor is amazing!!

My 2-year-old loves it! Look for the separate add-on instructions that give a little more detail. I didn't see them until I was done. Plug-in is a little annoying to lift cowl and disconnect. Still giving 5 stars.

Great item

The day I gave it to my nephew, he liked it and kept driving. He Took to the farm and drove all around the almond farm.

Electric TRACTOR for farm loving kids

My son requested a John Deer Tractor, and was thrilled to see the image on the package when it arrived. Build time was approximately 15 minutes and instructions were clear and easy to follow. The quality of the steering is important as it helped and helps him maneuver the tractor quite easily. His first run, he did bump into our fence gates at high speed with no notable damage. Run time turns out to be approximately 1 hour per charge at full speed, and the battery is easy to plug into the charger for overnight charging.
The only issue we have had is that the front reflectors that represent the headlights did not fit 100% and one fell off and was lost (minor cosmetic issue).
My suggestion would be to change the trailer design so that it could hold more than the 22 or so pounds it is rated at. Always get asked by neighbor's kids if they can ride in the trailer.
Overall, a great Tractor that I would recommend to anyone

Fun first vehicle!

I bought for my 2 year old grandson for his birthday and he loves his tractor!!! He loves the working radio and loads his friends (stuffed animals from Monsters Ink) in the back and drives it around the yard. Its downfall is that it doesnt have much power for long periods but he does get some fun out of it. We took the wagon off to give it more power.

Bought for my Grandson's 2nd Birthday

This little tractor is great with one exception. The power pedal is too large and its right on the "right" step of the tractor. There is no way to cut the power off (like a key) before you get off. When my grandson went to get off the tractor, his right foot hit the power pedal, the tractor jumped and threw him off. The power pedal could be smaller and moved slightly forward of the right step. Or, better yet, there could be a key installed on the dash to cut the battery power to the foot pedal.

Safety Issue

This was a Santa gift for my 4 year old for potty training. Pieces were missing from the wagon so I moved to the tractor thinking we could do without the wagon and that the tractor was the most important part. The bar that connects to the steering wheel was missing as well. I read the positive and negative reviews and decided against my better judgement since this was the exact one he wanted. Thanks for ruining my 4 year olds Christmas. Consider me a former buyer because I will never purchase another one of your products again!!
