love this stuff. cheaper than anywhere else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I shopped around before purchasing from Walmart. I was able to get a bolt of Peltex 71F 20"" x 10 yards for $65 compared to $105 - $110 at other retailers. I'm very happy with the price. That's not very far above wholesale

Pellon Peltex 71F is indispensable for bagmaking. It's a great firm stabilizer used mostly in gussets and bottoms of bags. I use only a domestic machine so I cut it away from the seam allowance. Make sure to use a very sharp pair of scissors when you cut it or the going can be tough. 71F is a staple in my sewing room.

Indispensable Firm Stabilizer

Read the directions CAREFULLY and follow them. That will help you have a successful experience with this iron on stabilizer.

Good weight stabilizer for various fabrics.  I have only used on cotton and flannel, but I think it would be suitable for a variety of fabrics. 

 Fusible on one side only - which is exactly what I wanted. 

Check the back of the stabilizer before using to make sure it has adhesion dots everywhere. Sometimes one edge has less. 

I have used this in purses/handbags and later washed them.  It usually needed another press with a hot iron after drying.

I do not prewash this product before applying to fabric.

We are a small business and we order this pellon all the time ( ABOUT 5 TO 6 TIMES) the quality is great. This bolt of pellon is not the quality we are use to. we are half way through the bolt and the pellon is glued to another half bolt of pellon that is lighter weight and not the quality of the first half. This makes the quality of the product we make less also.  We are very disappointed in this product.  We will be looking for a replacement vendor for this product in the future.
