these are very good pencils for an amazing price. I have been buying this brand for a long time now and they have only gotten better each year. They come with a lot for a great price. I like buying this big pack to give them to the teacher so that she can give them to the entire class when other children need them. They are very good quality and do not take long to sharpen once the lead breaks. They are just great all around.

Amazing!

Great quality pencils! These sharpen nicely and don't break easily like many brands do. I have 4 free-spirited homeschoolers over a wide age range so we generally go through pencils frustratingly fast (mostly to lead breaking or the entire pencil cracking as we sharpen) but these pencils are holding up much better than other brands we've tried! Very pleased and will be sticking with these for our homeschooling needs.

Sturdy and Great Quality

Great price for a large package of sharpened pencils. Great last year when I worked as a teachers aid. I always had pencils on hand and could afford to give some to students who needed a pencil. I bought a package for each of my kids for the school year and will be back for more.

Great Value

I saw another review where the person complained about residue covering the pencils. I went ahead and ordered 5boxes and they were all perfect. Worked out great for teacher appreciation week! Couldnt find anything close with this quantity and quality for this price!

Awesome price!!!

Each of my 3 kids need 24 sharpened pencils for school. If you look at the price for "name brand" pre-sharpened pencils, you'll see they are quite expensive compared to these. Why spend over $15 for 72 pencils when these work just as well in my opinion, for much less money?

These actually seem to work pretty well for a cheaper brand.  I am a substitute teacher and at one school every day.  These kids never have pencils! Teachers run out of them so I bring some with me.  They can borrow mine.  Works perfect for them!

Great price and works well

One point off only for the mediocre scratchy erasers.  Otherwise, these are excellent pencils.  They sharpen very well to a sharp point and the density of the lead is an ideal No. 2.  They are far superior to the special "titanium" junk I bought before (at a higher price than listed now!)  I hope they become a standard item.

Equal to the best!

This pencil is great as far as how well it sharpens. The wood seems to be good quality. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because the eraser is terrible. It doesn't erase well and leaves the paper gray. If the erasers were better, I'd stick to buying this brand.

Bad Erasers

Bought these for my kids. We homeschool and needed new pencils. All the easers broke off on the first use. They were not being rough
