My son was born with this extremely sensitive skin my god! I tried every thing and then I tried penaten medicated god! Finally no rushes and it's way Much cheaper in Walmart because they sell the giant format hope that my review will be helpful cause myself I always Read the reviews before buying anything online

Great product

This has been great for preventing diaper rash on my baby. My doctor recommended this and ever since I've used it, I've love it. The only con to this cream is how thick it is when you apply it with your fingers, you need a good scrub to get it off. However, that's a good thing since it's protecting your baby's bum.

Great for my baby

I'm a long time user of Penaten cream but, having purchased it probably within the last two years and very recently, noticed a change in the cream's  consistency. It was heavier bodied and seemed to coat and stay where applied. Now the cream is lighter and does not cover as well. Seems more like all the other diaper creams.  Sorry to say that I'm now not a fan.Ushi

This product has changed

This is not the original formula - we are being scammed. This formula has corn starch, the original has talc. This corn starch formula gets grainy. My family has looked to the actual original formula, from Germany, all my life, all my mother's life, so a century, but my granddaughter cries with pain from something in the formula that's sold in North America as original. It also does not work as well on my own cracked or irritated skin as the old, real, original formula. If you are buying Penaten crème, check the ingredients and get the real one, not this knockoff!

This is NOT the original formula, quality is POOR!

We've used this cream for several generations. My mom used it on my siblings and myself as babies, and ive been using it for 50 plus years. I used it on my 2 kids as babies, and for anything else an adult might use it for. I just recently restocked, it's awful. I thought my first small container was a fluke, it was the only size I could find anywhere. I just found a large container, unfortunately same crappy goo. It's not as thick, doesn't stay where you need it, squishes to spots you don't want it, it's pasty,and has these stupid grains in it. Don't know why you changed it, it was a great product, and I'm very unsatisfied with the cream now. I can only guess it has to do with cost, because why change what works , and has been working for years.

Now horrible

Been using this for years with three kids and adult issues. It has always worked great. The new formula does not work the same and it is not smooth, so putting on sensitive areas can lead to further discomfort. Shame on Penaten for making a change that's sole purpose was to most likely line your pocketbooks :(

New Formula is Terrible

Count me among the unhappy customers. Just so utterly disappointed in the formula change and the misleading labelling stating ''ORIGINAL". You should be ashamed of yourself/ves for misleading us all (whether it's legal or not!) and I will be switching to a different company's product for my babies. Enjoy my hard earned $$... this last time

NOT ORIGINAL ANYMORE

The new formula is so thin and grainy. Makes a big mess the second you open the lid. Will be switching to a diffferent diaper rash cream. There's a saying “If it ain't broke don't fix it! “

New formula is a mess

So disappointed. I noticed as soon as I opened the new tin that it was not the same. Checked the ingredient list and sure enough, so much has changed. Please bring back the original formula, it's worked forever why change it now? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Looks like all be shopping around other brands until we find a suitable replacement, this current formula ain't it.

Bring back the original formula

Had this cream used on me 27 years ago and used it for the first year of my daughters life bought a new tin of it a week ago it's completely different absolutely atrocious idea to sell this garbage to anyone for their baby shame on you guys.
